I Am A Senior Accounting Major - 988 Words

As I browse the communication courses, I see so many courses that would benefit my career path and goals. I am a senior accounting major. Two of the top three directly involve the ability to communication well with others. Therefore, I view the ability to communicate well as a vital part of achieving my career goals. The first class I would choose (and did choose) to take is Communications 1018 : Interpersonal Communications. This class covers practical application of communication concepts and skills. This class taught me the elements of communication between individuals. I learned verbal and non-verbal communication. I learned barriers and noise in communication. I also learned about audiences and levels of intimacy in communication. ThisShow MoreRelatedStatement of Purpose to Major in International Business942 Words   |  4 Pagesgovernment.
